• violating third-party platform rules, terms, or technical safeguards;
• infringing copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, database rights, or other third-party rights;
• using exported data for harassment, surveillance, unlawful profiling, discrimination, fraud, or harmful targeting;
• reselling, redistributing, or publishing exported data in a way that violates law, platform rules, or someone else's rights.

Platform Rules

ToolMagic is not affiliated with X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, or other third-party platforms. You must follow each platform's terms, policies, and technical restrictions when using our browser extensions.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the Service is being misused or used in a way that creates legal, security, or platform-compliance risk.
